nabim Certificates and Medals

The correspondence course student who scores the highest mark in each modular examination is awarded a nabim Certificate of Achievement.

In addition, two medals are available to all examination candidates:

The nabim Silver Medal

The candidate obtaining the Advanced Certificate with the best performance over all seven Modules qualifies for this Medal. In addition, the Silver Medallist is invited to write a thesis on an agreed milling topic. If assessed worthy of the award, the nabim Gold Medal is presented.

The nabim Bronze Medal

The runner-up to the Silver Medallist is awarded the Bronze Medal.

nabim Coursework Certificate

The certificate will be awarded to all students who complete, to a satisfactory standard, all 4 lessons within the module lesson books. The purpose of the certificate is to give students recognition for the hard work they put in throughout the year, whilst encouraging those that don't do so well in the exams that their efforts have not gone unnoticed.

“ I would recommend employees working in any area of the milling and associated industries to complete the 7 modules. It gives a clear and comprehensive overview of all the important areas of the industry. It allows you to understand other people’s problems and priorities; and gives you an opportunity to discuss issues between other employees with confidence”

The examination registration fee is £50 GBP per module (+VAT where applicable). Students wishing to register for examination when they enrol will receive a 50% discount (of the examination fee). more
